Help with my dilemma

I currently have 7 Auto flowering strains budding under 18hrs of light, nearing harvest time, my question is can I switch it to 12/12 now so my other plants in the grow can start flowering? Will this slow the growth of the buds in these last 2/3weeks?

Keep it at 18. Those buds are still developing you're going to drastically screw up your plants if you switch. Autos need at least 18 hours of light through out the grow. Leave the photos at 18 if that's what they are. Im assuming they are? If so veg em out for another 3 weeks & train the shit out of em, then when you harvest the autos switch to 12/12 and you will have some monsters. How old are your autos, who' the breeder & what's the strain?

Got the autos from dinafem Spain, it's OG kush auto, 2months old now.. Yes the others are Gg4 photo strains.. Thanks for the advice, I do have enough space to deal with these trees once they stretch

Yeah man I would leave those autos alone for at least another 3 weeks minimum. I wouldnt go by what the breeder states as time to harvest. Those are time limits in near perfect condition. Wow two months already, seems like yesterday you were just posting your first message. How time flies! If you start training those photos now you wont have to worry about stretching too much. You cold always top them as well they will recover if you do it soon. That will definitely give you some monsters. Good luck and keep me posted!

Yea time has flown by!.. I've had many hiccups from lights popping to ballast popping and then temperature problems but now everything seems set and I know what is needed for next season (remember it was my test grow) . Look at the buds tho, not too bad? And the whole house smells lovely

They will probably herm if you change. It happens to me even if I move away from a 1000 watt to a 600 watt

Not bad at all man. A bit of foxtailing but all in all not bad for a first run. That was another reason I said not to switch due to hermie' I knew there was something I left out. Good on you for keeping it real and being honest about your mistakes. Write everything down and learn from it! Next run will be even better for you!
