Help with nutes, 1st grow!

growing sweet sweet train wreck and fast and vast autos I'm at day 9 now and this is how they look.
I'm curious of when too add my nutes as you can see I've gone for the organic stuff.
Got a sprayer with 1ml per Litre, bottle says between 2-4ml.
When should i give them a taste or just water for now?
Growing under a 300w dual spec CFL
Perfect negative pressure in my tent with an active intake!
And am I doing well?

You are doing well by just growing.

If that soil is hot, then no need for nutes yet. You could add some root boosters to your water. That's what I like to do at the start.

Also, what are you going to flower under? Might want to increase the light now. Just my own preference. I go over kill haha
