ok dave here is my plan for 09
any day now i will be going to my sites to dig my holes
i have more than one site because if one gets found i have others
so at my site witch has good water suply ,i put down piece of plastic
and put the soil on it that i dig out
dig at leasta 2 foot by 2 foot the bigger hole the bigger the plant
i put all old soil back in hole till spring,because i have to pull material in on tobogga easier than carrying
but you can mix in fall if you want..
if you do it in spring have soil mixed and in ground about a month before you plant
2 reason to actavt microbs in soil and so animal will get use to it ..
if the site soil is good i use 30% of it and 30% pro mix 30% organic and 10%more perlite or sand what ever i have and what ever i need there are recipes around for
ssoil mix
as far when to start indoors i ill also tell you my plan
i was going to buy a couple of 5 0r 10 packs of seedand plant them annd fine the female and clone them and put out female clonesout side you dont want to be wasting you outside holes on males
so the other day a friend of mine at another site brought up a seed bankthat sells single seeds and i got the idea to buy some single fem seeds plant them in doors grow them cut them for outdoor ,youd need 1 seed they are 6 to$20c
they have ww and other.. their is a thread here on a bank called pic a seed they got all the same seed but higher prices and he does not ship to US.
i would think it is in seed and strain,you can get an idea of strains,, and i will look at other company and see if they ship too US if you like
so can you get like 2-3 foot plants to your site with no problem
i am in ont.. probly north of you i plant out side about june first so thier is no chance of frost..so i put them out side the last 7-10 days of may for hardening off
