Hi all, will be planting outdoor crop soon but need advice on what soil to use.

5 reg tga strains, and 5 fem freebies.

i was thinking start seeds indoors in 10cm - 10cm pots with black magic seed starter mix and peat moss, untill transplant outdoors into holes filled with "soil".

I want a soil that is going to have all the nutes it needs throughout the grow, if it needs more will add liquid ferts with the water. but dont really want to be walking everyday to feed them. lol

but with the soil outdoors i was thinking, screened topsoil, compost, peat moss, blood and bone, dolomite lime, sheep manure, pot ash and epsom salts !! everything is organic and will make own mix because of prices of shit organic soil that you can buy for $40 per 40L bag !! and all so we dont have promix or any mix like that around here !!!!

^^^^^^ would like to keep cost down as much as possible !

So what do you think and tell me your own mix !?

as much advice as you can give me welcome !

cheers

all goods !!!

Ive decided on a soil that should be good for some descent pot and would not burn young plants and should provide the nutes throughout the grow !

So my "cheap soil mix" - Screened topsoil, compost, mushroom compost and peat moss !!

Slow release ferts with the soil ! - Blood & Bone, sheep manure, pot ash, epsom salts, dolomite lime ????

^^^^ is this good for tga strains ?? will they like it !! haha lol

cheers

If you think you have a good safe spot where no one will mess with them than go ahead and do that.

If they start getting too tall then tie down the main stalk and the branches will get bigger making it bushier and less visible.

I went from paper towel straight into compost. As long as it's organic and not fresh you really can't burn your plants.

ohk nice. i found this really nice soiless mix. it got peat moss, perlite, vermeculite, worm castings, neem pellets, and dolomite lime. thinking of trying that out next grow for starting seeds in but its pricey. 50L bag for $13 USD
