This could be true the sinsi cal could of had the trace element that were lacking, eitherway we both could be

it could possibly be leaf septoria. which is a wierd type of mildew/mold. I had to deal with it on my last grow. started out looking like yours and spread pretty quickly. only reason i say this that the rust spot are only in the veins of the leaf from what i can tell. just another opinion.
