Help with ww

Hi folks, I need help with my ww. They look like the wimpiest plants I've ever grown. This is my second batch and they are looking as bad as the first crop.
I grow in hydroponics, three gallon buckets with black lava rock that sit inside five gallon pails. I have pails sit on cement blocks for proper drainage and feed GH 24/7. Feed level is 850ppm and ph runs between 5.5 and 6.0. My room is 13x13 and I run six plants under five 1000 hps. Last ones grew about 3 to 4ft tall, lots of little buds but nothing great. I went 8 weeks in flower and were very fluffy buds, not firm. Main stock was thick but stems were tiny. Not as potent as should be. I also started from seed last year. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I hear, WW is a very sensitive strain.

Little worried about my widows 2. i have a cheese x widow and regular ww that i got as freebies. despite being only 4 days younger then my polar express autos they are significantly smaller and growing slowly, 16 days old and they barely have there 2nd and third leaves out and are less then an inch tall. while the autos are 20 days old growing like crazy putting out lots of leaves and branches and are about 6" tall. i mean i know they have "express" right in there name so its probably nto a fair comparison, but the widows just seem more sensitive and slow growers. could be my soil to a certain extent as its fairly hot, the autos got a little nute burned from it but have been mostly exploding with growth, while my widows have lost 50% of there first leaf set to browning and i can see it starting on the new leaf tips. they didnt even start on there second leaf sets until a few days ago.
Ive read around a bit and widows seem like a slow grower thats very sensitive, btu suposidly some of the most potent weed in the world.

They are three weeks into flower, temp is 70 at night, 82-85 during day (lights on).
