Help? Zkittles 5 weeks worms doing the work.

Hey guys, newbie.
Have worms in a soil I made 2 apples buried and have just been feeding worm teas.
Anything to look out for going forward.
Will I need to add a lot of potassium etc flower somehow organically or???
Was thinking banana peel tea?
