Just realised my plant had a 18watt CFL on when it was ment to be dark time. Only just realised . It's been 3 fucking hours. What shall I do? Cheers

Is it during veg cycle? Either way just turn it off.

No mate it's 6 week ish in to flower . I have a 259 watt CFL red spectrum.. that was turned off at 10.30 but the lil 18 watt one was on for a extra 3 hours . U sure it will be ok ?

Nothing you can do. Put it back on its regular cycle. If you have strong genetics it should be okay. Get a timer next grow.
