You gonna have to give way more background info and whole plant pics

Most likely PH problems

My pH is suppose to be perfect from the nutrients I use

The fan leaves are bad towards the bottom of the plant

Bottom leaves? Whats that? When they get bigger those leaves will be long gone. Id think something is going on in root zone, since its starting at bottom. Is mobile because sucking from old growth. So calcium or magnesium? Mag would be first guess and easiest to fix. Epsom salts. But phing would be a start. Full plant pic would help alot.
