Duder, take you cuttings put some rooting hormone on them, put them in your medium, put that in a dixie cup, put another cup over top upside down to make a lid, cut 2 slits in the top like a cross or plus sign and water then tape together. These have the perfect height and create a mini greenhouse for the clone until its ready and rooted well. This method is pretty fool proof. Just remember DO NOT over water. Good Luck Homie.

A fan could be drying for the clones. You want to keep them humid. I'm no expert but maybe a fan would hurt more than help-- just a thought.

Not very often at all, you want the "greenhouse effect" let condensation build up. I always just keep an eye on the moisture levels and add as needed, maybe about every 2-3 days, it varies because of variables such as climate where you are, size of cutting etc. I hope they do awesome!

P.S. you will want clear cups, just in case you didn't know.

The fan will also disturb the root system as the plant rocks back and forth. This would likely delay rooting of the new clone. Keep things moist and calm initially.
