I got the grow part down, what nutrients to use??? any suggestions?? first time growing

That's a very open ended question. Are you hydro or soil? Do you want to know specific names of nute lines or general info on nutes?

That said, I use the complete Fox Farm line and I'm quite happy with the results thus far. Start at a 1/4 strength and your girls will love you.

Npk 20 20 20 or 18 18 18 + mocro elements
with soil
ppm from 200-600 its depend on your water ppm
