Help!

Ok, my plants as you can see are a little "droopy" Or alot...I have the lights from 3-5 inches away from them, there not to hot, and you can see the dark spots on the leaves, i dont know whats wrong with them?

Under fed and underwatered. Start feeding them veg nutes.

What's the soil? What kind of lights? Maybe lights are too close. Maybe needs watering. Maybe needs to start the nutes. Maybe too much nutes. Maybe pH in the soil is way off. Hard to say for sure without more info.

Ive been using CFL's 3 of them, on 24 hour light, I dropped them down to 21/3 tonight idk if this will be bad, but I was assuming the constant light mite have something to do with it. Soils organic, and is the same soil used in a local green house for everything they grow.
