Help!!

Hey plants are about a month old.and started getting these rust spots some leaves curled up then some down they folded.in half what the hell did I do to these poor things.
Usimg ffof so far only nutes ive given is grow big ph is around 7.0 lights are cfls

no I haventin weeks.the closest they haven gotten with a spray bottle was pyrthrine forgot to mention had a slight gnat problem
