Can someone give me so advice please first time growing using cfl my girl is 1 week old her leafs have started to droop an the look slightly yellow

Yesterday and today I had a feeling due to over watering I haven't started nutes just yet going to waiting until she's at least a foot or 2 tall

Can't say for sure, but overwatering is very common. Let the media (soil, coco, whatever) dry out well before watering. Let the roots develop and go from there. goodluck

Also, make sure you have good drainage in your pots.

I would air that mix out with some perlite. That way it will drain faster. They don't look too bad though. Just wait until the pots are light from the water getting used or evaporating before you water more. No nutes for awhile.

^^^don't change the mix now though....just let them dry out and maybe next time try some perlite in your mix.
