Just wondering how close can I get my t5 above my seedlings for best growth

Thx for that any chance u can tell me what's wrong with these seeds I think I overwatered the sponges what u think

What are you going to grow them in? If they were my plants I would repot them now

If possible put it soil that has no nutrients. I use stuff labeled for seedlings. Then no nutrients for at least 2 weeks.

Just poted them in a light mix to start them off don't want nothing to hot yet till veg got some iguana juice bloom for flower aswell

you need to repot these into something more suitable and the t5 you can get really close but you really need to pot these up
