I feel ten gallon is way to big. Not only should you size up pots slowly but I would assume it’s in a small tent so 3 gallon would be more then enough. Small tent meaning 2’by4’ and like 4’ to 5’ tall. But I would try to use better soil.It's bigger but I would go as big as you can (h at have least a ten gallon pot I use a fabric pot that works best with drainage and air flow , put in some good soil, fox farm makes a good blend, ocean forest is what I use also happy frog is ok, would wait untill the soil feels dry and the pot is light,t water with Boomerang formula and make sure you have a good run off of water then lift the pot feel how heavy that is that's a watered pot wait untill it feels light again to water again also what is your lighting situation ?? Time and unit ?? Or is it outdoors?? Like what was said before don't have a fan directly blowing on her umm ya after that less is more

If it's a small tent even in 10 gallons okay cuz it gives some room to grow and as far as sizing up slowly if she's watering properly it's best just to size up to the final pot right now

One using a ten gallon will take up important vertical height. Two, you want to size up wether your shit at watering or perfect because all your roots shoot to the sides not utilizing all your soil. it’s a lot of money in soil if your not going to grow a big plant. I can fill that space with one plant in a five gallon. Again assuming the light doesn’t fully light the tent a 3 gallon is perfect. As far as plant stress if you do it right you will gain more in the end.
