Helppp!!! pls take a look of my baby weed plant

i has 4 20w flourecent light and normal garden soil. and also big fan. i water every 1 day. my light plan is 24/24
i didnt nutes yet. The edge of my leaves are like dry and white some spot has brow color also. what should i do

that soil looks like some sort of japanese soup, why the roots on the surface, id say go buy a bag of seedling soil or something, they will die

so is it the problem with the soil? so how to do i just transfer to other soil?

Honestly you should not be growing 3 in one pot and as stated before that soil does not look so great.
Maybe start over and break the soil up adding perlite for drainage and to fluff it up a bit. Those seedlings
are in pretty rough shape and really should be in separate pots.

yeah, I started my last few in the peat pods. And the little humidome that comes with it.
Its easy to transplant after and you can see when there ready to be transplanted.
Its a cheap investment that pays off, then after I made some soil less mix, peat moss and perlite with some dolomite lime. Very easy and cheap.

Yashiroda - something looks very wrong here. In addition to the browning of the tips, the leaves that have come in look really narrow even for a seedling. I would agree with the advice already provided which is that your growing medium seems to be the problem. You can transplant into a different medium, but I think the damage may already be done. It looks to me like some bacteria or fungus in your medium has made the roots of your plant sick and I don't know if your plants can recover. Personally, I would transplant into coco as opposed to soil. Unlike soil, Coco has nothing in it - it's just plain coconut husks. It's like s tarting fresh with a blank canvass.
