hemerphidite?/humidty?/temp?--questions

i was told that all hermiphidites will have female seeds is this true?
and also i went in to flowe last nite and my humidty is 57 at 74 degress night time and day time lights on its 80 degress 44-46 humidty will that be okay in flowereing? if not any suggestions?
also pplsay these cfl dont get to hott the other day it was 97 degress and i have a fan blowing on bulbs any sugesstions and hoow to keep that temp lower?

Ive also heard that hermi seeds are female. 40-50 percent humidity in flower is optimal bro.

ok what i did to lower my temps was freeze a gallon jug of water and put it in my flowering rooms i put mine on a plate to keep the condensation and it lowers the temp to 79 and about 40% humidity..keeps down mold and bud rot when harvesting
