Hempy Bucket and AutoFlowers to much Stress? Going About Starting Out?

Hey guys,
So I just have a couple of questions regarding auto flowers and hempy buckets I have done a lot of reading online and these are the questions that I still am asking myself so I thought I should ask.... I plan on doing a 3:1 perlite to vermiculite mix (hempy mix) in a 3 gallon container... The autos I will be doing are Royal Queen seeds Jack Herer and Barneys Farm Blue Cheese and the nutrients I will be using are Jacks Classic, Hydrangea Blue 7-3-3 with Jacks Classic All Purpose 20-20-20 in veg, and in flower I will be using Jacks Classic, All Purpose 20-20-20 with Blossom Booster 10-30-20.... So my questions are these:
1. When starting out in a 3 gallon container would it be best to germinate seeds in paper towel method then move them into rock wool cubes in the final hempy bucket container, and top feed them with my nutrient water at 1/3-1/2 strength until the roots hit the reservoir? If so, am I right in saying that I would need to water them every day just like I would a normal hempy bucket, water until the water starts coming out of the hole, then stop? Or should I start them out in smaller sized hempy bucket containers like solo cups and transplant them after a while into the final hempy bucket (3 gallon container) But with the transplant method am I wrong in saying because I am doing autos that I could potentially stunt them to much?
And thank you guys for helping me answer my questions, I know that It can be a pain to answer peoples, Like mine questions on here, but it is much appreciated since this will be my first time ever with auto flowers and hempy buckets!!

does anyone not know the answer to this question? Cause I haven't been able to find any threads on rollitup about this or really on the internet, and I know people rant on other people about posting threads without checking rollitup first

From my experience, you will definitely stunt them if you transplant them. I would start in the final hempy and top feed method.

ok sounds good, just a question about top feed, but with top watering, is it like regular hempy watering, water until water starts to come out of the hole then stop, or is it only a little bit of water at a time at the top?
