HERBIES and greenhouse coloured seeds

hey all just wanted to thro up a report on my seed order and germ rate as im a verry happy stoner
i ordered a greenhouse coloured seeds mix a week ago came in the mail yesterday i must say best customer service ive had in a long time even got my beans to aus no trouble, will only be using him from now on.
now to the beans, dropped them straight into shotties all sank immediately but left a whil then paper towell overnight. strains are arjans strawberry haze, arjans ultra haze 1, nevilles haze, hawaiian snow and super silver haze. they are listed both in size of seed and progress ie strawberry was biggest seed and has biggest tap root so far, ssh was a tiny bean only just cracked. but so far 5 from 5 and going into aerogarden tonight. all in all im over the moon so far, next order blz bud and pineapple express.

Hey Ben. You left us twisting in the wind awhile there. Where have you been? One minute your big project is ramping up, next minute you're nowhere to be found. Glad you're back, but what the hell happened?

lol big project is still planned, change of location and a crazy ex made it so lol. but growdrobe is on the cards now, ill put up a thread explaining all and the new plans, no peekaboo from my beans yet but they all popped so fingers crossed, its good to be back, i missed riu and a few of its members, cheers for all the support guys

lol no jail would be the last place ill end up man, its been awesome having riu, you tricka and bonzing really helped out, just knowin even from across the globe through only a forum sharing a common passion you all cared enough to check on me and jump on board to help out, deserves me not being lazy and throwin up a few ore threads, keep an eye out, im back in business hopefully...

Sounds good, I always thought colored beans were a bit gimmicky so let us know how they turn out! Sorry to hear about your crazy ex and stuff man.

my pleasure Ben....on another note my 5 pack of fem'd GHS arrived today, Hawain Snow, Arjan Haze#1, Cheese. Church, Great White Shark. i wont be popping them as yet, so unfotunatley i cant comment as to their quality.

yeah i was pleased as punch with herbies but the beans, never getting greenhouse again, they popped and froze, i know its not me, popped thousands of seeds but never had this..
be stickin to tga now or barneys but no more gambles on beans!

i went the cheap route just to see how they would get into the country, (plus i hadn't researched the lastest threads going around), so yeah i will be going for some other breaders that i know give out quality, once again, my GHS are still packaged, also my KC Brains Cristal Limit will be going in with some Mango in the next 24hrs....RW is soaking now

might have 1 with life? i think the slh might be alive ppl! 2 were straight duds, gave up on em weak beans, 2 maybe still, tap roots still look good but the tiny spec i put in my aerogarden pod has a sprot lol just hopin i cleared all the basil seeds properly lmao

I watched them paint the beans on youtube and im sure Arjan or franco said the painted ones are there rejects,not in them exact words but some thing along the the lines of the cosmeticly sound ones go straight in to packaging and the rest get painted..

I watched that video, and I don't recall them saying painted seeds were rejects. They did mention seeds rejected because of too much coating.

Seems gimmicky to me, regardless. Maybe that paint coating is beneficial, but some things don't need improvement. I get pretty fed up with all the "NEW AND IMPROVED" marketing bullshit. You can't buy a decent hamburger these days that doesn't have bacon or some added crap that's supposed to make it better, but doesn't. Is "gilding the lily" lost on everyone these days? Give me the honest, straight-forward, gimmick-free approach. The rest can go hang.
