Herbies seeds

Customs intercepted mine twice...from Herbie's. Asking for refund. I will LYK if it happens. Package was just slit open First pack did not include a cloth bag

There was an interception letter in lieu of the seeds, so I'm fucking out of luck for my next grow. Evidently the seeds were just stuck into a flimsy cloth bag of some sort - worst "stealth" shipping ever. They need to really step up their game. Now, with the feds having my name, I'm afraid to risk everything I own to grow a few plants.

Man I'm really sorry that happened to you. This might not make you feel any better but there are about 2 million people out there ordering stuff off the darknet right now.. way worse than your seeds, all coming from europe & spain, whose names are definitely higher up on that list. I wouldn't sweat it.

Not really the FEDS, as in DEA. it's dept of agriculture; look at the notice we both received, breathe, OM, relax, smoke, vape, no paranoia should come b/c of the interception. I just hope Herbie's will refund my $70.
 
I used the chat option on the Herbies site early this morning to get on them about the refund they owe me for over a month now and got a reply back within 2 hours that they have just issued the refund. It seems the way to go is to use chat and not e mail to make contact and dont let up. Ive talked to them at least twice a week since this began. Of course I still dont have the refund yet but it finally looks promising

They told me there'd be a return through Paypal within 4-7 business days. I'm on day 2, nada yet.
 
I'm still waiting on my refund - for over 6 weeks. DAMNIT, can't we get a decent seedbank in the USA? I reached out to Fast Buds about becoming a dealer for them. I've got a shitload of High Times stock (FWIW) if they ever go public, but that doesn't appear it will ever happen, fucking bastards, and I paid $36 for a Cup T-shirt.

And my seeds were also intercepted and i got my refund in about 6 weeks. Yep, it's too long, but at least i got my money back, so will you, im sure

I heard Herbies is running USA express delivery, that means we can get our seeds in 5-7 days or even less
 
They sent me the same crap form letter they've already sent twice, and that I replied to. I wrote them back a nice letter.

you're way better off going to the website and opening up a chat with them. Letters, e-mail, ect....just goes to the back of the queue and you wait longer

Looks like my package that was intercepted. Opened a chat with Herbies and a little more than a week later, I had a refund in PayPal.

I opened a chat with them too and a little over 6 weeks later had my refund. They aren't in any hurry to send money back

Yep. Their beans are reasonably priced and they ship pretty quickly. I ordered the Afghan Kush but I'm not going to start them until after we move; our house is on the market.

Edited for: I just got an email that for the next 3 days they're giving 30% off.
