switch over to fox farms ocean forest soil as marijuana doesnt like time release soil. swap out the CFL for at least a 400w HPS and start using fox farms' Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom nutes. your plants will take off.
 
Is there anything you can do to the environment or the feed to increase or grow more trichomes.I know it has alot to do with the strain and genetics,but how can you maxamise for the strain growing?thx for any helpbongsmilie
 
My Plants are going on 3 weeks old atm. i have them planted in MG potting soil atm. i am getting the feeling its time to transplant them into there final home. and i was wondering what soil is highly recommended for the final home? and if with that soil will i need to be feeding them with nuts er what not? i dont know much about this stage. i have done some reading but i get mostly confused on all the differat comments
 
my plants are outdoor and the leafs started turing brown in center and they wilted and then got all crunchy and died on 1 of them now the others are doing the same I have been feeding them b1 and 20-20-20 fertilzer but not 2 much of the 20-20-20. any sugestions.
 
Hi I'm new to the forum but I'm on my second grow but first indoor grow I was wondering if anyone can give me some opinions on how to save my plants the are turning yellow on the very bottom leaves I'm using two cfls and a cool white light all 15 watt tempature stays around 76 f with about 80 percent humid with electric fan blowing 24 hours I have been doing 24 hours light for veg they are about five inches tall roots about three inches I use distilled water about three times a day in spray bottle I have pictures but anything anyone can tell me to help would be great thanks
 
hey fool! i also have mine in mg soil. its time relase to. i had more babys but now im down to 8 cause a few males popped up. there all about 1 foot tall and under 4 23 watt 2700ks and 2 23 watt 6500ks. they been flowerin for a few days now. all about on day 30 from sprout.day 4 from 12/12. cant wait to see the buds. i never cheacked ph. this will b my first indoor "real" grow. well ill get pics up and let u guys see em.
 
how u doing dood....so im growing in temps around 90F inside and cant change my set up much, any insight into this..i no its not ideal...im trying to figure out how to deal with this temp prob. its been about a week and 4 of my 5 are looking good.(I have good air circulation and fans going too)
 
yo master of genetics, how would i hook up 10 cfl lights so that i only need one cord to plug in rather then having 10 different cords running to an outlet?
 
i tried to repot my plant but all the soil fell of the plant and it shrived up i think it going to die what can i do

splicing together and plug into a power strip or surge protector that can handle @ least 300W

just a watering Q should i water more or less in flowering i was giving them 200ml each in grow but now i have started to give them 300ml in bloom they seem to like it but i thourght i would ask?
 
What are some of the problems you can run into when using a RO watering system? Also, I'll be using sunshine mix #4 in 5 gal. pots and I'll be feeding with Advance nutrients (medium Heavy feed on their calc.) for veg and bloom. Can you possibly give me any suggestion on what to add to medium (if needed), how much and how often to water/feed per week? Should I leach at the end of each week? I'll let you take it from there. As you see it would be greatly appreciated if you were able to spend a lil time elaborating on how you would go about this.
 
i just moved and burned all my loot doing so. I have a bunch of seeds and an access to horse manure for fert but the soil here is full of red clay. can i get a worth while grow with this or should i hold off and buy soil?
 
First time grower. Just wondering how long before I can determine the sex of the plants. I know what t look for but not sure if the plants have to be in 12/12 before sexing. can anyone help?
 
I am waiting on some seeds right now but just bought a thermometer yesterday, i realised that my grow room temperature is up to 89f. The dimensions are 14" deep 24" wide and 36" tall. I have a small desk fan for the intake and a computer fan for the exhaust but still cant seem to keep the temperature down. i have only four cfl bulbs running right now: 2 27 watt 1 23 watt and 1 40 watt. Any suggestions on how to keep the temperature down?
 
i am a "new grower"
on my 2nd grow.
i have met a few very knowlagble people on here.
and YES,, if your willing to make/meet a new friend, i could really pick your brain with questions.
my 1st grow was only "ok",, too small of containers, plants ran out of nutes, and i had to harvest to soon.
tricomes were still clear, and not even close to amber,, then i went on to having problems curing the buds.

anyways,, i am on my 2nd grow,
2 girls under a 430 hps, already been sent into flower (12/12) cycle.
hopefully in big enough containers.
i dont really use any additional fert's (unless someone recommends)
so,,,, that is most of my story,,
let me know if your interested in helping a newbie,, that may have way to many questions.

Im seeing a brown color on my clones pistils around the middle 2 lower stem of the plant and the pistils are getting killed off as well. Is there any solution for this problem im having?
