Here we Grow...

3 seeds in the dirt, what the hell, balls to the wall this time right? I"m not even gonna germ them first... one a fem'ed PPP, and two Thia S-Skunks from G13. Home is a DR100 w/ a 400w HID switchable outfitted with a MH for veg. Hood is vented with a 175 cfm inline duct fan, fresh air intake is passive for now. Major changes needed to finish up proper, hopefully this will give me something to write about.
Weather is hot out so the tent contains a 8000btu a/c set at 76, temps go between 72 low 81 high.
Seeds are in some seed starter from Miracle Grow since last night, sprayed moist every 24 hours,.... tick tock, you ready to rock..? :peace:

I think I see the PPP breaking the dirt, I didn't know if it was coming through, or if I just maybe unknowingly sprayed it a little to hard with the spray bottle. I barely covered it back up so I should know in about 24 hours if it is in fact germinated.
Here are my options once I'm in business. I have several 5 gallon nursery pots that I will use depending on how many make it that far, but I also have a waterfarm stand alone unit that I'd be interested in using. I've grown hydroponicly before but just not cannabis. So that should be interesting.
Either way I'm going to crop and LST to make the most of the space I have and the ammount of plants I'll have growing. I'm thinking about possibly taking the tops when I crop and just root them so I don't have to throw anything living away. Depending on space, this may/may not happen.
Does it bother anyone else to throw away a piece of plant that you know would've been a big beautiful cola one day? it does me! :)

welcome to rollitup :D i always let my tops root after i cut them. PPP is a good strain I've grown it once, good luck =)

One of the Thia S-Skunks has in one day broke ground and shot up taller than the PPP... awesome. I'll be getting some pictures up soon so this won't remain so boring... Lookin Good so far though!

This morning the second Thia SS was out and reaching for the light, the PPP is still working to stick his head out of the dirt! Haha, funny that the two generally weaker plants are out and greeting the world first :)
I did some tiding up in my tent, and have a few ducts to run and by then maybe there will be enough to get away with a picture... I'm honestly a little paranoid to take one, I even went and made a pseudo account to actually start an account of this grow!

What do you guys use to elevate your plants up to your light/lights? I tried the light hanger thing and it just didn't work, I guess either my hangers sucked or my light was to heavy. Right now I'm using two small in tables to get the plants a few feet off the ground while they're so little. If I could get them about 2 feet higher I'd like it more. Is there something besides saw horses with plywood or stacking bricks to get these things up to the light that comes to anyones mind? Cheap and easy are a plus but I'm not against spending a few bucks to do it right either. Thanks!
