Herm and causes?

This is my first time coming across these and I need your wisdom to confirm if these are Herm? If so, what causes this when the rest of my clones have been female?

There were numerous of these stacked together like I had never seen before. Hard to see on the pic but yes :wall: a couple were removed and now I'm sick to my stomach. Appreciate your help.

2nd pic is growing gray hairs.. long ones. How old is the plant? Lol

Week 4 of flowering but saw a lot of them stacked on top of each like I hadn't seen before so I just panicked. Painful lesson learned.

if you think it's a herm it will be a more ball like and be coming off a small stem, it won't release its pollen until the ball opens up and a cluster of yellow banana like things appear, which takes a few days. So next time take a pick post it up and someone will give you a chop or no chop recommendation
