ok guys here is a question I have a female plant that is like 3 to 4 weeks away from harvest and the fucker got seeds now from what I've read a herm plant grows its own bananas and that's how it seeds it self but I haven't found any bananas only seeds also no males around at all can it just grow seeds on its own or am I just not finding these little bananas? or is it like genetically a herm? any help would be great the true question is do I keep the seeds that he/she makes or discard them? will the seeds be herm seeds or just female seeds?

alright more4u2c......mine are about 2 weeks from harvest and im a first time grower.....i have been keeping them outside in the sun in the day then bringing them in at night for 12hrs darkness........i have just noticed that i have all these pods with seeds on them over my plants, (which are female) i was asking people today and i think that this as due to distress like not enough sunlight (weathers been lame as of late) hoping this will not effect the smoke as i will try get them all out the buds first.....what a nightmare lol, hopefully more people advise us in here....... dazza (smokestar)

yea i really just want to find out if these seeds are female/ mix/ or herm seeds. cause its not that bad if they are fem seeds but the other would suck. anyone wana help me reply please

none i killed them all off way before the girls were girls and the males were little babys with just balls

if ur plant has had any undue light during the night this could cause it to self pollenate not herm. there is a diff. a herm wil be no matter what. but if u stress a good female she will seed herself and make all fem seeds.

the way to tel is if u find any bannanas, stressed plants have bannanas and hermies have a full male flower that looks like a little umbrella opened up with the anthers hangin.

these plants wre the product of a steressed female

one time i accidently stress one of my back yard plants cuz any time sumone came home late the car lights would shine on them.

anything over the brightnes of a full moon (during sleep) will trigger a hormone change

i think mine must be stressed because they have been in complete darkness at night (in a cuboard) and outside in the day, but the weather has not been as hot in recent weeks......the seeds on my plants are growing within the actual buds so im hoping i can just shake them out and smoke the green when its all dryed out??????? why is my plant stressed?all i have been using is 4ml of bio-feed in 2lt of water. look at mypic albums and comment if u want, many thanks daz

my plants are all cut and hanging now, i did get loads of seeds, sat their one night when they were a bit sticky and picked all the seeds out, got a big bag full......iv smoked some of my skunk, but its not dry yet, will get some more pics up soon.....

hey bro, your growing outside all it takes is for someone to have a male within a mile of your female and you could easily have seeds. save and plant

Your seeds won't be true female seeds. True female seeds are much more stable because it takes years to make sure that the plant won't turn hermie. A stressed hermies seeds are unstable female seeds and can go hermie at any point if that makes sense.
