I know how to identify them, but i would like some other facts, like are they still good to smoke, does their potency decrease, increase, can it be reversed, what cause it.

Stresss casues it,it cannot be reversed, the potency decreases because the plant spends energy making seeds instead of bud, they can be good to smoke..depending on how bad it is.

only the pollinated pistils and calyx are affected in potency. the surrounding calyxs unpollinated shouldnt lose potency.

just found a hermie in my garden yesterday. pollinated a little here and there....mostly on herself. it was a whiteberry x redwood kush. im just going to keep her in there and pop any forming seeds. this way they do not get confused with the seeds made from the pollen that was thrown with a purpose.

the hermie trait is believed to come from the parent of the plants...a female redwood kush was stressed out to create pollen and this pollen was used to pollinate a female white berry thus carrying the hermie trait.....i have two other white berry x redwood kush from same parent that did not hermie.
