Hermaphrodite?

My plushberry plant has always been weird. It's too tall, grows aggressively, but has great buds and sticky as hell 3 weeks into flower. However, I just found this little shit next to a female organ. What do I do! The bud on this plant looks great but I don't want to screw my other 3 plants in the room.

Thank you, I though I uploaded the cropped one. It wouldn't focus very well. I understand its a herm, but what should I do with it, being I only have 1 flowering light.

I've been doing more reading and some suggest picking them off and letting it finish since I just have 4 plants going. What precautions should I take so they don't affect the other plants though in veg?
