I have four plants about 5 weeks in to flower. I was just checking my best plant and I saw a few bananas on a couple of the colas... Do I remove the plant from the tent to save the rest of my girls? I don't have another ballast for the plant and have no idea what to do right now. She looks so amazing I'm bummed...

To be honest I would be happy , you might get some femanized seeds , if they mature before you chop , let it grow , my best plant atm is seeds from nanners , that my heat reach 100f and shocked the plant I beleave, threw some nanners gave me seeds , 8 runs later not a single nanner.. And or say it does pollinate your others females the seeds they produce will be female too , also bananas , nanners unless alot of them will not make it very seeded , atleast not in my case. Theres a difference from Hermaphrodite and a female throwing some nanners due to stress and or its survival.

Let It Grow

The question is do I move it away from other plants and put it outside? Looking for some experienced opinions please. Not saying your opinion isn't experienced 240.. Thanks for your feedback. Just looking for a couple other suggestions.

If you are worried about any kind of seeds and you have the option of moving it outside you can. Yes, if it stays there is a good chance it will further pollinate your crop. Likely there is some pollination already. You're also gonna want to determine the cause of the pollen sacs. Check your room for any light leaks, specifically in the area that plant is in. Generally though, that plant will be fine if taken outside. Though with the time of year it will reveg depending where you live.

Cali.. Longer days right now for sure. The plants has been suffering with some kind of disease after a thrip attack. I kept thinking it was cal mag because the leaves were rusty and dying off but I've been using cal mag every water and it hasn't changed a thing. The three other plants are in 100% health. The GSC has been acting weird since I picked up the clone. The leaves would always curl in even those the soil was good, water was good, temps were good no light burn. I couldn't figure it out and then all of the sudden leaves started dying. The plant is still in good health and it has the biggest nugs and smells/looks the best out of the four plants. I'm just gonna put it outside tomorrow because I don't want seeds in my buds. I'm trying to find. Cheap light so I can just put in in a empty closet in my house.

i had that happen last year. I put her outside, picked any visible nanners off. I put it in the shed at 7pm, took her out at 7 am
. One rainy day the fedex guy came when she was out, so i moved her to the woods, still in her pot. this was mid sept, so right around 12/12 She was getting close, then 27 degree night. she got thru fine. The next 28 degree night she got frost burned, which turned to bud rot. which made her worthless.
Thats my hermie experience, I used better genetics now, and im vegging my 3rd run from the same 4 seeds, I clone as they go to flower tent

Problem solved. Now I just have to be careful when I handle the pure female to make sure I don't drag in pollen. I went through and picked out all of the bananas yesterday, there were maybe 10. I haven't send any new ones pop up today so that's good news!

To be honest there is a difference between a true herm and a stressed females that throws nanners , true hermie show traits of both signs from the beginning , nanners come from a stress female. And after some experience , other than the Afghani freedbee(freak of Nature > testing with results)....(different thread coming soon) My hermed plant (fan shut down, 100 degree temp) that seeded has thrown nothing but the best , reminds me of pine-sol , lemon , pine ... Goodness
