Hermie or not?

I have a similar issue. I did a grow previously and the buds had loads of seeds probably due to light leak or stress. After the crop was harvest I bleached down the room to try and sterilise it. However, i am now in week five of flower and I have started to see very large sacks under on the stem near to the buds and the buds them selves are not swelling. Normally neither would concern me however due to the previous grow I am a little concerned. Especially pic 5 of the photos which almost show the ball starting to open. Is this just the female genitals?
