Hermie - What can i do?

I was growing a nice sativa dominant plant, vegged it for 3 months inside and it is now outside since 3 weeks. Winter here so it has started flowering about 10 days ago and guess what...hermie!!

Main cola looks like female but a couple of side buds start showing some balls!

I do not want my other female plants to get pollinated but i also want to see the main cola of this sativa beauty develop. Can i just defoliate/trim and cut off the male parts? First time handling a hermie so i am a bit clueless.

Id jusy let it self polinate. The seeds will be predominantly female.
