Hello here’s a few pics of what makes me expect hermie. I had a few inconsistent light schedules the first week of flowering. It’s now about to go on week 3

It's a Hermie. Not every node is going to have it, a male plant would have it on every node . I think If you want to save it remove it. Some more might grow, so watch out for it. As long as you keep doing that I think it will not pollinate and save energy from growing the seeds.
