Yes. That's weird though. I've never seen balls coming out of a beautiful bud.
I almost want to say they're seeds, but they just look different than I'm use to.
So I gotta say I don't know for sure what they are.

No. I'd pluck those sacks and see if there's a tiny seed in there or what. You could take a pic of what's inside them so we can see.

I wouldn't chop it. The damage has been done. Ride it out. There's obviously another part of that plant or another plant that went hermie in there. And it happened a long time ago if those are seeds.

A few seeds doesn't ruin a harvest but chopping early does.

That's partly what threw me off, lol. And they didn't just appear. Those seeds have been growing for awhile. I'm surprised it took this long to notice them.
