have this plant in mid flower maybe 4 weeks in and I noticed small ball like shapes coming in. Look like nanners or just plain balls to me. But need some more insight.

Yeah 100% sure thats a herm and it looks like its all ready to polinate. Do something fast

Got a lot of the pollen sacs clipped off. If I get to most of them ASAP will the bud stay mostly seed free? Should I keep the plant going and ride it out? First grow so I'm not too sure.

If you have any other plants going get rid of it asap, if its your only plant then its up to you, if you wanna keep plucking of pollen sacks but i fear the pollen has already been released from the pictures. If no other option for medicine then grow it out, its practice.

If it's your only plant... sometimes you only get a few seeds long as you get to the pollen sacs you can see
