If you are blowing air around the drying area there's bound to be some pollen that can attach to your clothes. Slip on a pair of coveralls when you go in and wear a hat so you can take both off before going in the grow room. And wash your hands after or wear gloves when handling the drying pot too.
If a few specks of pollen manage to pollinate a couple of flowers it's not going to hurt anything. Might have an exploding joint if a seed gets rolled in tho.

Pollen can last longer than 3 days unless it's really humid like 100%. Just spraying water around on surfaces is enough to inactivate it tho. I doubt you need to spray your veg girls but it won't hurt nothing if you do. Cheap insurance.

Pollen does not like water so best option would be to spay your drying room with a mist of water.
If i remember right pollen only last for a couple of weeks before it is useless. nothing worse than a hermaphrodite plant! fact!
