Hermies? Pollinated? What should I do?

Hi there, I'm entirely new to the whole outdoor growing thing (actually growing in general) and thus posting in the newbie section . I have a large outdoor grow going on and some of the plants seem to be growing seeds in the buds. There are no male plants but there was one that slipped through until quite late. My problem is I'm unsure whether to remove the plants with the seeds in the buds because I'm quite late in the flowering stage and don't know if it would rather be better to just let them grow. Some of the other large buds don't seem to have seeds in them but are not quite ready for harvest. Will the plant with the seeded buds next to it ruin it? So basically what I'm asking is should I remove the plants with seeds growing in the buds and would they affect the other larger budded plants. I'll add photos of both the larger and seeded buds. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Those are beautiful plants. I wish I could grow outdoors. I wouldn't stress about a few seeds in an outdoor grow, but would still try to avoid it of course. The pollen is what you don't want. Already pollinated plants won't spread the pollen to the others.

Haha, Boatguy just beat me to my it.

Thank you very much, so I should just be on the look-out for hermies then?
With the size of those things it would be pretty tough, unless you have a plant that has a ton of balls or banana's.
Only takes one to drop pollen and make seeds.
I would give them a once over, and cross my fingers.

Thanks :) I think I have decided to keep them. Will update later on on their progress with end product photos :)
