Hermis

I understand that with a fem seed, your odds are better then with reg seeds of getting Hermie's,

I also understand that Hermie's can happen from: light, to much water, and hi fluctuation of temperature and many stress factors.

What I am wondering, is can in the veg cycle a plant become a Hermie before it ever goes into flowering cycle, like if you are vegging at 73 then the day goes to 95 in the veg can this unknowingly give shock to the vag plant enough to cause it to be a hermi.

Extremme dont nececarlly mean hermies.Ive had grows run in the low 90s in the summer and have never had a hermie because of heat.Dont get me wrong it can and does happen.I dont like anything over 92 but I try to run no higher than the mid 80s.Over feeding allso causes strains to stress and throw nuts

a much discussed topic, stress hermies do seem to happen, but how often?
from my limited experience(and reading of grow logs), the vast majority of hermies are simple genetics
they are doomed to happen from the start, so genetic selection is the best weapon to avoid them

LMAO @ the VAG plant and it going hermi on you. Good thing females can't just grow a dong over night like plants do.

But anyways, I wouldn't worry about it too much, tere's not much you could do about it anyways so just try to provide the best stress free environment you can because your plant will grow bigger. I think hermis are more genetic than anything, stress just makes them show their true colors.
