Herojuana into 12th week of flowering. Little to no trichomes?

I'm in my 12th week of flowering a Herojuana. Buds are enormous in size. Been using Cha Ching in the last 3 weeks and still very little to no trichomes. Still have white pistols appearing. When using a magnifier the trichomes on the most part that I can find are just starting to hook on the end.
Any suggestions on what to try next? :wall:

What in the hell is Herojuana and how do I get some... .seriously though. What kind of strain is it? I've never heard of Herojuana before.

A picture would be helpful but numerous things could be going on......... I would try 1) cut light back 1 hour from now on, 2) reduce Nitrogen levels and 3) reduce watering schedule. Different plants use different signals but these will help it along. Also, some strains never seem to finish off well no matter what you do. Lastly, plants that don't finish I sometimes hit with pollen, cause this will guarantee it finishes, just not like you had hoped- tons of seeds but the smoke can still be good.

Thanks Shzz.
I can't cut the lighting back as I have other strains in the same room doing well.
I will take a look at my ferterlizer for too much nitrogen. I use Pure blend pro bloom, guano, mothers earth, molasses, cal mag, hygrozyme. 850ppm,6.5 PH. And cycle the ChaChing by itself between waterings. I'm also in soil.
Girls are sleeping, but will get a picture up tomorrow.
I will try cutting water back. I wait till hefting pots till they are light in weight

How many plants are you having problems with: one or more? It may be strain specific or single plant specific. Pure Blend is great- I use it myself. Try also water less when you do water, was my point, i.e. water 1/2 gallon rather than a gallon or whtever your amount is...... I had a Dutch Passion Mazar that never finished either. I just cut it when I cut the room down and turned that plant into hash. Worked OK......

Thanks SSHZ.
This is the only plant in the room doing this. The main cola is about 10" long by 3"-4" wide. And today it looks like a new bud is growing out of that cola. This thing is mutant! I am going to give it about 1 more week before I flush and take it down.
I think the ChaChing helped it a bit as I do see some frosting but don't have faith that it will continue to keep going.
Let you know the ending results.

herijuana is mostly if not all indie. Never grown pure herijuana before only X's from Montrarebel. 12 weeks sound like a while. From seed No? Where are the seeds from? Herijuana is suppose to be A++ medicine

Well I decieded to cut her down as it does not make sense to take up valuable space on a maybe. As it is drying there is little to no Oder. Will go through the process of curing and see how it smokes. might just freeze it and make butter.
This is a second clone I purchased from a shop in studio city and had received bad results. The other was a white widow. I did let the shop owner know and he seemed to know about this problem but did not make good on replacing either plant. Just an oh well.
So I have found another source and have been happy so far. Maybe just go back to beans...
