i have made contact with lou.... he is at a florida state correctional facility. i couldnt see him cause his ass was being facilitated at the moment. he doesntget internet access but you can reach him via snail mail.

It's always the same kind of post, with the same kinda pictures.

it is kind of annoying that he's so arrogant and shows off all his pics so much but just imagine if it was you in his place. his grow is obviously huge so needless to say the secrecy involved is gonna be on a NEED to know basis, so with that said who else does he have to brag to but an online forum full of fellow growers where he can remain anonymous and still feel proud of his work. i cant say that i wouldnt do the same, id try not to be such a douche about it but i mean damn you put all that work into it who you gonna show. just maybe if he was a lil more humble and didnt come off as such a tool he would have got a better reception here at rollitup. but hey tis life and no matter where you go in this world there are always going to be people that feel they must show everyone up to get that feeling of satisfaction and hey if showing those pics helps him get his jollies off........hey who am i to say no right? so you know what i say if lou does ever get on here and post again we should all pm and tell "hey you know what lou i think its ok that you have low self esteem and need this site to feel important

Yea i agree, i rather like the community at rollitup, it's pretty mellow and not much room for egos....that's probably why he didnt last long. Plus he comes off as a mega fucking tool/douchebag....infact, fuck you buddy

i havent been here long, i dweld here reading alot as well as other sites but i did not wnat to become a member anywhere. for one i feel i didnt have anything to offer (as in current grow) and two, i didnt feel that i fit in anywhere, till i found roll it up that is. anyway i guess im trying to say that i was pretty picky on where i share my grows and, not that you guys need to feel special, but this was a big choice for me. thanks

It honestly would not surprise me that he had been in a correctional facility; though, as Beaner said, I would not wish that upon anybody. If he's growing that much (let alone taking pictures from his rooftop... Jesus), he's lost sight of the joy and the art of growing, and it seems is in it purely for the money. Of course, very few of us are probably blameless in that respect. My friend (who gave some sage advice to someone here in my name one of the first few times I posted) has never lost sight of the ideals he holds true to when cultivating. He grows rather covertly, in an underground hothouse, and though he reaps quite a harvest, never sells anything. He grows obviously for his own recreation and that of a few friends, but most of his crop goes to those in need, primarily patients undergoing chemotherapy and those who suffer from AIDS. For free, no less. Marijuana is slightly decriminalized where we live, but there are no medical marijuana statutes in place. I admire him more than any other grower, however ingenious, who can pull several pounds out of a cramped closet. Lou, therefore, does not impress me, on more levels than I would care to count.

I do however understand what another poster was saying. Everyone wants to show off the fruits of their labour. And if you grow big, you really can't do that anywhere else but anonymously on an online forum. So, I don't fault Lou for that. What I do fault him for is that when there are newbies and nervous growers pleading for help and asking for a little sage advice, he does nothing but berrate them and then "dare" them to attempt a grow-op like himself. Infantile, devoid of compassion, and well... you just have to wonder if he's compensating for some sort of inadequacy.

Also, I've only been here for a short time, but I've been reading more threads than I could possibly count. I have to say, rollitup.org compares to the Shroomery in terms of community. It's quite impressive for a forum devoted to cannabis cultivation; most other sites never come near the level of maturity, civility, and community this particular website displays. And I've definately browsed around.
