hey im new at this i am wondering which lights to get a 400 watt hps or metal halide or just get the ballast or whatever it is that interchanges with the 2 lights if i go with the interchangeable light ballast which lights should i use on the veg state and then what light on the flowering stage.I havent starting growing yet just want to get all my materials together first. thanks for any help
