not sure what your question is so....
yes you can flower with cfl's, dont let anyone tell you different, but you will get a smaller yield. youll need to get 2700k cfl's for flowering. the more bulbs you have on your plant the better yield youll get.
look into the book BUDS FOR LESS....very simple, step by step guide to easy growing with cfl's. im on my first grow ever and im basing it on that book. granted ill probably change or tweak my methods in the future because every grow is different, but this is the easiest way to begin. i have three plants, 17 days old, that are already 6" tall without doing anymore than watering with ph'd water. another thing is to search thru these forums, there is a cfl forum, and get ideas from others to perfect your growing conditions. remember that there are no set STANDARDS to growing, just principles, everyone has their own way. find what works best for YOU and all will be well.
