Looks pretty good. It would be helpful to tell us your medium, nutrients, water, ect.
My first guess is Ca deficiency.

Using canna Terra professional at 6.0-6.1 ph and using a low dose of canna classic nutes
Ppm is around 500ish

Outside tap water, like for the garden only stuff I can use, I just read it can happen with too low ph but I read a few posts from other members using this soil and recommended using 6.0 for canna Terra professional also says 6.0 is recommended on the bag

If it's tap water it probably has some Ca in it already.
I'm outta my league here since I grow organically though.

Do you have a filtration system inside, and that's why you have different pH values?
And do you know what the ppm is of the water?

Haven't tested inside for ages but not possible to use the inside water anyway as I can't get my bucket under the tap to fill up haha. I'm pretty sure you have nailed it anyway bro I'll get some calmag maybe increase the ph ability and see how that goes thanks heaps for the help
0.3 is low.... do you will need calmag. It all adds up
