Hey guys I have a problem with one of my plants. The leaves are droopy and they started to cup and curl down.

I want to start this with saying that im not a total newbie when it comes to growing, its my 3rd grow and im having a leaf problem with one of my plants. Shes been like this from the start, the leaves look droopy and they started to cup and curl down. Ive read everything there is on the internet and i just cant figure out whats wrong with her. Ive read that it could be nitrogen def but im not giving them a lot of nuts and the leaf tops dont look burnt, its not overwatering for sure because im watering them when the pot feels light. Ive also read that it could be because the light is to close to the plants but i dont think its that. Its killing me becuase the other plant looks perfect and im treating them the same when it comes to everything. Btw the plant that is cupping and curling is growing more then my healthy looking plant. She has more leaf and brench production, so am I worring to much or is it a serious problem?

16/8h light schedule
250W HPS bulb
Light is 65cm away from the plants
Using Remo Nutrients
