Honestly i cant believe nobody told you what the cotyledons job is. The cotyledons will feed the young seedling untill it has a root zone and foliage to eat on its own. Those two green pedals, feed the seedling. Adding fertilizer at this point will just hurt it.

Anyways is this normal near the root. There's white hair? I'm growing cbd blue shark maby so posto be like this?

Yes this is a benificial bacteria or the roots feeling out where to go. Water once every three days.

yes dude just sit back stop worrying nothing is wrong with it. its in a big enough pot now, the soil is too wet at the rate your watering u should water once a week or u will get pests let it get real dry water like evry sunday or something once u decide to flower which should be between 7-12 inches at the earliest switch the lights time to 12/12 and switch the spectrum. don't fertilize till its a month old just water and when u water try giving it 2 cups once a week. get more lights and maybe put it in a box even if u put some cardboard around it to retain your light DONT USE TIN FOIL as a reflective like a lot of nubes it will retain heat use a white box on all 4 sides and have the light hang above. get at least 5 more bulbs and sit back and wait a few weeks see where it goes.

Truly - RELAX. You are going nuts now but think about the 7-10 weeks you're going to need to flower. Based on your watering and lighting it could even be longer. I started my grow mid-November and I still have 40 days left of flowering...not to mention at LEAST 2 weeks for drying and curing. Patience.
