hey i need some help like bad.

my first grow has a 30w cfl lamp that gives off 175w of light is that enough for one plant? Also i have a little grow area that is a poster with alluminum foil wrapped inside it and its rolled up so i can put my plant in the middle. will this work? Lastly my seeds are germinated what do i do next? do i plant them and put them in alot of light or do i put them in a dark place until something happens and what will happen? i have pictures of my lamp and grow thing.

it's a start. you'll add more when it gets bigger.

first of all, get rid of the foil. it will increase the temp a hell of a lot and cause ur plant to burn. just leave the area white. it dosent put out heat spots and refelects well.

secondly, i would put at least another CFL down for one plant. is dosent look like your using a daylight CFL. you have to use a daylight CFL as it gives of fthe right spectrum for bushy growth.

if your seeds have germed then put them about 1 1/2 inches under the soil the the sprout pointing downwards. water the soil lightly and place under you light. in about 1-3 days you should have a little sprout.
