You can always make a cage for around the sides of your pot that you stake into place. This will create a circle of wire or whatever you use that you can then bend the plant around forming a circle that is level all the way around.
Then all your side growth that is now horizontal will begin to grow as colas.
Once you have the plant all the way around your cage switch to flowering 12/12 then watch each branch develop its own cola.
