Yea but im 21 and already have a record of pain medications from vicodin to percocet and morphine. I think that may give me a better case but who knows

My state is run my morons who would rather see me addicted to xanax, or fucked-up on muscle relaxers and codeine, but if they'd get their heads out of thier ars I'd qualify. I may have to move to another state; Minnesota maybe.

Their argument is marijuana may end up in the wrong hands, but because of their ignorance more pharmaceuticals end up on the street. If folks want to get high they will find a way, and will use whatever is available. Meanwhile sick people are made to feel like criminals.

HAHA DUDE.. ARE YOU SERIOUS? you should have screamed in his face that pills are sold everyday for tons of money. Marijuana will be available to anyone no matter if medical marijuana exists or not. You should try a different doctor my friend, unless you are implying that it is illegal in your state. This is alittle unclear
