There is no such thing as too much light. That bulb has not been invented nor can we squeeze it in with the technology present.

I have 5 CFL lights, they put out 1725 lumens each so is that good, i have 4 peat cups waiting for the seeds to sprout. and i have 1 pot waiting to sprout. good enough?

You want about 10,000 lumens per plant, 5,000 lumens per sq. ft. will give you decent yeild.
600w HPS is 95,000 lumens.
600w MH is 66,000 lumens.
Have two HPS on a Motorized track, and one MH on a Motorized track in a differnt room.
You have enough light to grow 30+ plants atleast, and have 2-3 mothers with clones under the MH on a motorized track.
this saves you, money you can grow so much more with a track, because it moves the light so you cover more area
