ahahhaha hey lads no need to battle, seems diagnosing is a bit of a guessing game even if a gave perfect info, which i didnt
so many variables to cause i dont have a system yet, first time and experimenting.
i wished i had of jumped on earlier, been busy with that whole life thing and mourning what is still looking like a slow death lol.
ok so i took first advice, and from other stuff i read (that had identical pics) of some dude foliar feeding with epson salts. his fought back overnight so he reckoned. ive sprayed with a teaspoon to a gallon over a day and a half, a few times while they awake. havent got the proper cal/mag stuff, no time to get to a supplier. have dribbled a little of spray over roots.
so far no improvement, more leaves dieing back, ive cut off the worst of em twice. ok other questions.
first started at bottom oldest fan leaves, then spread to random upper fan leaves. new growth unaffected, and flowers r still expanding slowly.
havent fed much at all. nothing through veg. they powered along with no help. i figured soil may have been a bit rich so let it go on its own. no issue (except root space) till i repotted into that custom pot (long but shallow, trying to use all the space i had).
2 doses of a light dose of this stuff (pic) before last repot cause lower leaves yellowing , lets say qrt dose in distilled water(a past post recommendation)(had been watering with phed tank water before this). did nothing so i repotted both. one went in a regular bigger pot cause theres another cab with more space, so far no issues with that one. this one i wanted to use all limited space for root growth so made that pot to fit. unfortunately it was a little small and i may have been too rough with some outer roots of the ball. that seems like it could be the difference but i dont know lol. also on repot i added in a sprinkle of trace element fertileser to both.
since then only gave nutes once, then got worried about ph so stopped nutes all together and just gave distilled water, and like i said foliar spray.
something else i noticed. the problem one still seems to have alot of moisture in soil compared to the other, which were watered at same time, but that could be diff airflow volumes too, or diff pot sizes.
sorry if i cant be clearer, its hard to see into soil chemistry lol
heres another pic of leaf progression
all good if it doesnt work out ill try again, thanks for all the help and i can see how diff symptoms can look the same
heres some pics. i have i feeling i fucked it in repot, or by not adding dolomite right at the start.
