All B.S. aside, I have given it thought to try to raise capital to build a private community focused around green and nature.. growing our own produce, grow pot, have solar panels on all the homes, etc etc.... after a bit of research, I found I would need in upwards of 100 million US to really make a sustainable environment.. bummer.. I would really love to do it.
Now.. if people are willing to move, I can get it done in Brazil for far less money. ( I speak Portuguese )

We did it for free in the 60s and early 70s......fuck solar panels..........dont need it........candles work fine and you can make em out of Nature no need for store bought wax..............stove to cook..............or big pot...................rest is easy and stay high.
