Hey I was thinking of growing marijuana for personal use but I have NO idea where to start. I love smoking weed but it's probably cheaper and a lot more convenient to grow your own, correct?

I'm sure there are already some threads around but I'm limited on time and can't look around right now. If there are then point me in the right direction please? Thanks!

If I grow weed do I get more seeds so I don't have to buy them again?

Also, how much should I expect to spend if I want to just grow a little weed for myself. An ounce or less perhaps?

To get seeds from weed plants you need a male one to pollinate a female plant :) You DO NOT want male plants though as they do not produce bud and once pollinated your females, your females stop producing thc (correct em if iam wrong).

Iam not to sure on how much everything costs, I have spent over £100 ($200) on stuff so far. But thats becuase I went to Homebase stoned lol. Came back with a 500w halogen security light!

I hope you mean HPS cause you can't grow with a halogen bulb... Halogen bulbs don't have the correct light sepctrums:peace:

yeh I know. Its sitting in a box somewhere. Iam growing under a 13w T5 flouro light. Been growing for like 2 weeks now and am so suprised the plant has survived. I seriosuly need a new light! If only that bloody enviro ddint smash :(

Just get you 3 or 4 cfl's, thats all im using and my babies are loving it! They are only a few days from 3 weeks and on their fourth node already... Only standing about 9" tall
